Step 1. Selection
Choose your preferred artwork size and any other available variations.
Step 2. File Upload
Upload your print file (max 20MB). For larger files, compress them into a folder and provide a download link in the instructions box, or request for a dedicated upload link from us(only available upon order confirmation).
Step 3. Order Confirmation
Double-check your details during checkout. Our artist will reach out via email or WhatsApp to confirm your order details. We'll provide additional guidance if there's an issue with your files.
Step 4. Order Fulfilment
A notification will be sent when your order is ready for collection at our studio or out on delivery. It will typically take 2-5 working days for fine art prints and at least 15 working days for DIASEC prints.
