Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our print products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. Please ensure you carefully review your order before confirming the purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@avs.com.sg within 7 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
4. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
5. Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was a result of our error.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
