Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed.

2. In-House Delivery
We provide in-house delivery for all our print products. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

3. Delivery Options
You may choose to pick up your items from our studio at:
31 Ubi Road 1, Aztech Annex Building, #01-01, Singapore 408694.
Our studio operates during regular office hours, Monday to Friday, 0900-1800, excluding public holidays. Please avoid collection during our lunch break from 1200-1300.

4. Delivery Charges
Delivery is available at a flat rate of $15 for local addresses within Singapore. However, delivery to certain locations—such as Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, Pulau Ubin, and other hard-to-reach areas—will incur additional fees.
