For optimal results, we recommend submitting high-resolution files in JPEG, TIFF, or PDF format with a minimum of 300 DPI.

We strive to ensure color accuracy in every print, but it’s important to note that what you see on your screen may not exactly match the printed artwork unless you use a calibrated monitor. We recommend asking for a colour proof before finalising your order.

Product Questions

Handle your fine art prints with clean, dry hands to avoid fingerprints and damage.

Store your prints in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity. Avoid places prone to moisture, as it can lead to deterioration over time.

Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently remove dust from the surface of your prints. Avoid using water or cleaning solutions directly on the print to prevent damage to the paper or ink.

In the unfortunate event of damage, you may want to consider doing a reprint if you have access to the digital file. Otherwise, consult with us for assessment and restoration.
